This spring's workshop will consist of a series of vignettes choreographed for the children and trainee divisions which will demonstrate the development of the classical ballet dancer.
All of Joffrey Ballet School's productions include the children's division where the talent of future students is cultivated at an early age. The vignettes are choreographed to demonstrate the progression of classical ballet, taking a dancer from his or her first beginning steps to the techniques of the advanced levels before entering into professional training. The audience will witness the results of a dancer's hard work and dedication as Joffrey's pre-professional trainees put on an abridged version of Raymonda.
